Fist Level Control - Dictionary, in Englisch/German
This dictionary has been developed by Iq-Train as a tool for the daily work of auditors. It shall constantly be adapted and enlarged. If you want to contribute additional terms or even start with a new language please contact the Iq-Train Secretariat and your contribution will be integrated.

First Level Control - Glossary, in English
This glossary was developed during workshops in autumn 05 and spring 06 by auditors from 3 different countries and focuses on general explanations for FLC key-terms as well as on varying interpretations within the different regions/countries. This glossary is a work in progress and contains 12 terms at the moment.
However, Iq-Train does not give any warranty or other assurance as to its accuracy, completeness or appropriateness for any particular purpose.
